Yeah, very well said. And then we have this downtime, right? So, what is the sales team doing? There’s so much that they could be doing on LinkedIn and social networking. I always tell my clients, I’m going to give a little secret away. I say, listen, when it’s slow, why don’t you just do a nice little gift basket, dress it up in your company colors, and go down to the fire department?

No agenda—just bring some lattes and say, “Hey, we’re Joe’s Heating and Cooling, and we just wanted to reach out and thank you so much for serving the community. We brought you this gift today.”

I don’t know if there’s any way that we can help you, but maybe we could do a seminar on a topic. Grab some pictures while you’re there at the fire department, post them on social media, and get that visibility. You just can’t be visible enough!
