Key Takeaways from the YouTube Video:
Endless Energy is a full-service HVAC company that specializes in air source heat pump installation and design, boasting nearly 14 years of experience.
Heat pumps have gained significant popularity in Massachusetts over the last 5-6 years, largely due to incentives from the Mass Save program. Homeowners are increasingly seeking ways to reduce the high costs associated with traditional heating systems, particularly oil heating.
The Mass Save program’s heat pump incentives, especially the whole-home incentive, have provided homeowners with compelling reasons to transition to heat pumps. However, many homeowners are becoming more discerning about contractors, realizing that some may lack the expertise to size and install heat pumps properly. This is why they are choosing Endless Energy for their experience and understanding of factors like turndown ratio, which impact system performance and operating costs.
Endless Energy is the go-to company for all heating and cooling needs.

“Endless Energy is known as a full-service HVAC company, but we specialize in air source heat pumps. We’ve been doing air source heat pump installation and design for almost 14 years at this point. So, this is not something that’s new for us; it’s something that we’ve done for a very long time. I’d like to say that we’re experts in the area in the state of Massachusetts, but for the last five or six years, heat pumps have become a real big buzzword in the state of Massachusetts.
Part of that is due to incentives from the Mass Save program, but part of it is that people realize their heating systems, in particular, are getting really expensive. A lot of homes in Massachusetts still use oil heat, which fluctuates wildly. Natural gas may not be as appealing, but especially for oil customers and some households with electric resistance, there is a strong desire to make the switch to heat pumps.”

“The Mass Save program and its heat pump incentives, particularly the whole home incentive, have really given homeowners a great reason to convert to heat pumps. However, we’ve found that homeowners are becoming a bit more discerning. They are realizing that many contractors just started installing heat pumps last year and don’t really know what they are doing or how to size them.
Consequently, many customers turn to Endless Energy because we’ve been doing it for so long. We truly understand the nuances, such as whether a heat pump can work down to 15 degrees, and we examine other important factors like turndown ratio. This analysis not only helps us explain how a system operates, but also impacts costs—particularly over the winter months.”
