My name’s Matt Kidd. I’m the CEO of Endless Energy. I am so excited today to tell you that we are part of the newly named Mass Save Heat Pump Leader Network. This is such an important designation for us. We’ve been working with Mass Save for a long time on the Heat Pump program, as well as their Insulation and Home Energy Assessment program. Being recognized as one of the top 50 companies in terms of quality and customer service is very important to us and speaks volumes about what our staff here at Endless Energy strives to achieve.

In order for us to be part of this network, we had to undergo a strict review process, where they examined the quality of our installations. While the program does not endorse a specific contractor, it is a testament to what we have provided customers through the Mass Save Heat Pump Rebate program over the past four years.

What this means for you is that you are getting a properly designed system using new technology, including accurate Manual J, Manual S, and Manual D calculations. Moreover, our installation ticks all the necessary boxes. A crucial part of the program ensures that installers like us are correctly sealing and charging refrigerant and adhering to standards. Proper installation is vital because so much of how your heat pump system performs relies on quality workmanship.

This year, these commitments to quality are particularly important due to the newly passed federal tax credits for heat pumps. The 25C tax credit will end this year. This means if you want to take advantage of this tax credit—valued at 30% of your project cost, up to $2,000—you need to install your heat pump system by December 31.

Many people will be rushing to have heat pump systems installed, but if you choose the wrong contractor, you could end up frustrated with poor results. Work with a company committed to proper installation and quality. To explore a heat pump in Massachusetts and get in before the federal tax credit deadline, call 508-501-9990 or book at goendlessenergy.com.
